Go to http://www.kasama.com/index.php to view the upgrade parts.  I have seen a flier using the upgrade part for the entire rotor head.  He says the original worn out after a couple of flights !!!

Which heli's head was worn out in couple flights ?  I know that the Align Trexes are not so, having owned 4 of their vairous models myself.
