A lot of new heli fliers are interested in knowing how to setup their CCPM helis in their radios.  The best resources (other than someone walking them through the steps), are the Finless Bob videos found at

There are lots of videos listed, and the "Basics" section is particularly useful.  Be sure to watch the following ones regarding setup of the swash plate.
