Just saw the advertisment in the newspaper.. The event will be for 2 days - 28th & 29th Jan ,Timing : 9:00am to 4:30 pm , Location : 31 KM North of Doha on East side of Alkhor Coastal Road..

Guy post your visit schedules so that all of us can meet together..

The location is easy to find, there is a fairly big sign board that identifies the airport... you need to make a right while going from the golf club towards Al Khor. It is after Simaisma, about 10 km before you reach AlKhor. 

This used to be the official RC field before.
