Gents, hope everybody's fine!

Any one could help me fix my new HPI Savage 4.4 cc? It's in neutral position but the wheels are stocked and so when it is raised or suspended, wheel or the truck do not move forward when accelerated (gas in). I could have brought it back to speed marine to be checked but could not go before saturday due workloads and ramadan timings.
