This thread will document sources of RC stuff in Qatar, outside of the RC shops. I guess most people know about Jarir being a good place for glues and tapes, and Rawnaq and other libraries being sources of foam (foamboard, sunboard etc, but not depron, EPP etc).
Here is some information about coro.
Anyone interested in building from plans, can use coroplast (known as "coro") as an alternative to foam. 2mm and 3mm coro works pretty well. 5mm coro is a bit heavy, so you will need bigger power setup, but is the better choice if you want to build a glow powered model (like .25 or .40 engine powered).
Coro was not available most of the time here. Currently it is in stock at Al Rawnaq at the Old Airport location. Please grab it while the stocks last

Note that the thin ones are a little towards the back, behind a pillar.
People have put coro to great use, as you can see in these threads :
http://www.rcindia.org/self-designed-diy-and-college-projects/tricopter/ (great use of orange colored coro and black tape for the canopy!)
http://www.rcindia.org/electric-planes/cub-using-3mm-coro-and-6mm-depron/ (Nice beginner model made out of coro)
http://www.rcindia.org/electric-planes/the-mugi-evo-coro-flyer/msg11639/#msg11639 Hope to see many coro planes on the field soon

I saw a beautiful one with brother Ali when he visited me today, and that is how I came to know about the coro stock... been looking for it for a long time !
Also attached is a picture of the Rawnaq stock.
