hi...can you help me? i order a TRAXXAS SUMMIT online a week ago...its cheaper to EMS that's why i grab it...until now im not receiving my goods. is there any guides or special p.o box in EMS? im afraid it will be stock in post office for long time. what should i do? thanks....

If it is EMS, they should call you as soon they get it. In any case, check here first : http://www.imolink.net/qpost/ttchmail/parcel_wait.phpIf it is not there, AND you have a tracking number, try that tracking number at this location : http://www.imolink.net/qpost/ttchmail/tracktrace.htmRemember to check ALL 3 "service types" ("Registered Mail", "Parcel" and "EMS"), as they get them mixed up pretty often ! And you have to choose "Inward", as it is an incoming parcel. Please do post your findings here. |

I also have a Traxxas Slash 4x4 coming from Tower, no sign of it yet either. Seems like the holiday season in the US would be a significant factor at this time of the year.

Once you make couple of purchases at Tower, they send out this 25% off coupon codes which makes purchase decisions very easy, as shipping charges on most items would be less than the amount you save with the discounts  This is the primary motivation/reason for purchasing directly from Tower. Yes, I pay with Paypal (Qatar account) which is linked to my credit card issued by one of the banks in Qatar. |

That's great... so I guess the price are good too... Why don't you make a business too? For newbies like us in RC... It is really frustrating to wait like this... And is safer if you order direct to the manufacturer... What courier did they use ? Fedex or DHL ?

First, please do not post in all capital letters, it is considered shouting in online etiquette, and makes reading harder ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/All_caps). I am a hobbyist, and have no business intentions Secondly, Tower is not a manufacturer, it is just a reseller. I believe I used regular USPS Air Parcel, which is the low cost option. I am in no hurry  |

got some problem  ....my goodies still not here. i consider it scam...i order in alibaba.com but why like that....i just waste 400usd in nothing my friend.... im really pissed off.... i just check tower hobbies if its ok to get through....but my problem again is they accept only credit cards,paypal etc. i'm still new here in my work so still not have one....when i pay in alibaba just by western union.. my friend can you give advice? |

That's too bad. I made two orders 1 from Hobbyking on the 9th Dec. and 1 from Target Hobby on the 11th Dec. I got my shipment from Hobbyking more than a week ago and no clue as to where my other order is from Target Hobby. Luckily, it was my smaller shipment with $38. But, it is still my $38. //Aminul// |
